After Hours Clinic Information

• The After Hours Clinic (AHC) is an urgent care clinic for patients rostered to the Advanced Medical Practice Family Health Organization.

• It runs between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00 am to noon on Saturday.

• Appointments are pre-booked in 10 minute intervals.

• Call (519) 914-2777 between 5 and 8 pm on weekdays or between 9 am and noon on Saturday to book an AHC appointment. This phone is not answered outside these hours.

• The location of the AHC varies depending on the day of the week. Please confirm where the AHC is located that day when you call in.

• The AHC is for urgent issues only.
